Local Government (Green Communities) Statutes Amendment Act - Bill 27 – Resources

Under the Local Government (Green Communities) Statutes Amendment Act (Bill 27, 2008 [1]), local governments are required to include targets, policies and actions for the reduction of GHG emissions in their Official Community Plans (OCPs).
