To encourage bicycle riding and other non-vehicle transportation methods, consider adding a shelter so that the vehicles do not get wet or damaged and changing and shower facilities for employees. Locating in more bicycle friendly neighbourhoods is another important consideration.

    The City of Toronto is working to support the City’s Bike Share program for staff by providing bicycle procurement assistance, safety training, and maintenance for a pool of City bicycles.
