Groundwater Bylaws Toolkit

The purpose of the Groundwater Bylaws Toolkit is to provide local governments with practical land use management tools to support the protection of groundwater resources. Protecting groundwater will provide a strong foundation - critical to the economic, social and environmental sustainability of British Columbia communities.
