The purpose of the Groundwater Bylaws Toolkit is to provide local governments with practical land use management tools to support the protection of groundwater resources. Protecting groundwater will provide a strong foundation - critical to the economic, social and environmental sustainability of British Columbia communities.
The Groundwater Bylaws Toolkit is an Appendix to the Green Bylaws Toolkit, [1]
