Description

As part of the Ministry of Community and Rural Development Webinar Series, please join us on July 8th from 1:30-3:00 pm PST for a Community Energy and Emissions Inventories (CEEI) Webinar, a tool developed to help local governments meet their Climate Action Charter commitments and inform their Local Government Act requirements for setting targets and monitoring community-wide greenhouse gas emissions reductions.

Participants in this webinar will be given the opportunity to learn:

  • What makes up a Community Energy and Emissions Inventory;
  • How the Updated 2007 CEEI Reports are different from last year’s Draft 2007 CEEI Reports, and how a community inventory is different from a corporate inventory;
  • How other communities have used the CEEI and how your community could consider using your CEEI going forward; and
  • Why your input is invaluable to the CEEI’s continuous improvement.

Register early as it is limited to 40 participants (first come, first served). Register here
Please Note:  If you cannot attend the webinar but have questions about the Updated 2007 CEEI Reports, please do not hesitate to contact the Ministry using the phone numbers and email at the top of the page.
